It manages to double up the space in your closet and allow you so much more room to "breath" -- allowing you to get all the clothes into a limited space.

I put my blazers and dresses on the top rail, and then on the hanging part, I put all my skirts.

It's efficient and nicely designed and worked wonders with my cramped closet space.
