(More customer reviews)I ordered this comforter set because it looks so luxurious in the picture. I saw that it wasn't real satin but made of polyester, which I regard as a wonder material. Some of my favorite clothes are polyester and incredibly soft and comfortable. Not this comforter. It arrived promptly, 3 days before the estimated delivery date. When I opened the box I noticed that the bag holding the comforter had a broken zipper. No big deal. I made my bed with all of it's new clothes then proceeded to lay on it. As soon as I did I felt the prickle of the decorative flower design. The fabric itself reminded me of the slippy side of a sleeping bag. Then I tried laying IN the bed. With every move I could hear the same noise one hears when wriggling around in a sleeping bag. I decided that I wouldn't be able to tolerate this rather painful and noisy comforter so I packed it all back in it's box and decided to send it back. I swear that an hour after laying on this comforter my skin felt itchy and weird, kinda like an allergic reaction. I don't know why. ECity Direct is awesome though. I contacted them to notify them that I would be returning this product. They didn't ask any questions and I was never on hold. They refunded the original shipping and paid for me to ship it back, as well as the actual cost of the product. Overall, this product gets one star and Ecity Direct 5 stars. I learned a valuable lesson from this, don't buy textiles online unless you are CERTAIN you know what you are getting, i.e. have touched the same product in a store and just found it cheaper online.
