best deal around for this type of headboard.It came double wrapped so that no damage would be done.The headboard is a nice chocolate brown with leather legs.
Noted later:
We have very high mattresses and boxsprings so the headboard needs to be raised about four inches.
We will purchase 3 x 23 redwood posts, paint them, adjust height and replace the leather ones for
a more luxurious "high" headboard look.(4-29-10)
Done with new headboard legs; very easy for me to do and hubby drilled new holes for the bolts.
The height adjustment really makes the bed/headboard look lush! Cost about $10.(7-29-10)
Could someone please measure the leather part only for a comment/question that I received and post it.
Ours is at a vacation house and I do not have access to it. Thanks.
