(More customer reviews)This item is a million times better than the picture! It's much more aesthetically pleasing than shown online, and much easier to put together than I envisioned it would be. I put the queen foundation bed up in about 10 mins flat.

Included:
* There are only 4 rails (2 ends and 2 sides) that are fabric covered. They interlock and are secured by 4 pins.
* There's a long rail that runs the length of the bed (down the middle- head to toe) that fits like a puzzle piece into slots at each end.
* There are 10 wooden rails that lay on top of the structure. They stay put with velcro.
* The topper is fabric that is secured to two more wooden rails. You simple unroll it and affix at each end with attached velcro.

Shipping was fast, and it arrived 4 days sooner than the original estimate. It was well-packaged in a cardboard box that was strapped closed. It's quite long, as one would imagine a bed in a box would be. Total weight was 62lbs according to the shipping info provided.
