(More customer reviews)I ordered this item and it came as I expected and seemed very nice....until I put the obviously QUEEN bedskirt on my King size bed.I informed them of the error on THEIR part, not mine and I was sent a canned response to request of me to fill out an order form and that I would be required to ship it back at my expense to get my money back.I paid about 13-14 dollars to have it shipped and now have to turn around and pay that or more to get it back to them for a 35.00 item.I am confused...not my mistake, not may error and I have to pay more for it?I even asked for an exchange, but not now, I would likely get another messed up order and have to pay for that as well.This mistake is theirs, they should see that it is returned at their expense.If they had any clue of customer service and repeat business not to mention how influential reviews can be they would never send out this type of response.You send out a prepaid return label, like so many other good, reputable businesses do, and immediately send out the right size.I had a company on amazon that a picture frame came broken, I emailed them and they sent out a replacementwithout hesitation at no cost to me and told me to just toss the other frame and to not worry about return.I was impressed and will order again.I am happy to send the wrong skirt back, but not at my cost!
