(More customer reviews)This item arrived with parts missing.Contacted manufacturer (Prepac) and was told that I would have to pay extra for missing parts.Refused and finally they agreed to send the parts.Took two weeks!Bed was difficult to assemble.Final product nice, but wouldn't have purchased had I known the difficulty I would have.
