product did not work, seller would not return emails, Amazon covered the cost and dumped the seller
I contacted the manufacturer of the product, engaged in several email conversation with the company owner/president, sent him the product and he repaired at minimal cost--it now works fine
was happy to find a manufacturer that stands behind his product even when he was not involved in the sale
recommend the product and not the seller, which may be a moot point!
