(More customer reviews)This is by far the most affordable queen-sized "organic" mattress I could find. I spent months deciding whether to buy this mattress sight unseen, since there is nowhere in the entire country where you can actually try it out. Also, there were no reviews of the mattress until now, so you have the benefit of me being the guinea pig. I have only had the mattress a few days. It is very firm, which is what I wanted. Naturepedic describes it as medium-firm, but it may be a bit firmer than that. My back hurts a little after the first few nights, but that is probably because it takes some getting used to. If you want a soft mattress then you should definitely avoid this. The construction appears to be high quality and I am very pleased. Naturepedic mattresses are made for baby's and small children, but I am an adult and the mattress is fine. I also called naturepedic and they told me these mattresses are ok for adults too. The mattress also measures about 10" high, not 8" as described on the naturepedic website. I promise I will update after a few months of use.
