(More customer reviews)Ok so, the crib turned out to be just what I expected. I love the color, totally matches the picture. However, I was very disappointed when I realized that one of the bolts was defective, therefore, I was not able to assemble it right away...very disappointing. I tried contacting the Manufacturer directly and the number is disconnected and the second number I obtained thru Amazon Customer Service would only take me to voice mail. I finally got directed to their website and was able to submit my concern there. They don't take the time to call you back and it takes a lot of back and forth emails to get to the point. Anyhow, the product is good but, I gave it an OK rating due to the lack of inspection of the material they are shipping. Big NO NO on my list!! Good luck!!!
