(More customer reviews)Over the years I have purchased many pillows trying to find the right one.Recently I had a ruptured brain aneurysm and have had problems with neck pain for a long time.This pillow supports my neck whether I'm sleeping on my side or back.It's not so springy that I feel like I'm fighting with the pillow.It's just right.I am 5' 2" and 126 lbs.This pillow is soft but supportive.It does not flatten out.My head is cradled and the edge of the pillow supports my neck perfectly.I did not wake up with a sore neck.It is well made and should last a long time.
