(More customer reviews)This is the perfect pillow if you have a pillowtop or plush top mattress. I just switched over, and my neck was killing me from my regular foam pillow because it was too high, and now I'm fine with this pillow. It feels just like my old one, but it is low profile.

However, Pillows Plus charged me expedited rates for standard shipping. I contacted them, and they said that you have to double the rates posted on their shipping policy page! Indeed...
