(More customer reviews)Bought this pillow in the hopes of being able to mold it to give the right neck support.A physical therapist recommended a shredded memory foam pillow to help with back and neck pain.The pillow is very heavy and is stuffed so full of memory foam that I can't mold it to give the right support.My neck is bent up because the pillow is too firm and has no give.I am considering cutting open one end to remove some of the stuffing, but haven't gotten around to it yet.The pillow was kind of expensive for what I ended up with - it's sitting in the guest room.There was a pillow in a hotel we stayed at called "My Miracle Pillow." It was very comfortable so I think I'll give it a try.
